No. An enquiry lets us check availability and discuss your plans. Your date is only booked once the agreed booking requirements have been completed. Confirm the contract and payment arrangements before making other plans around availability.

Yes. Include every location in your enquiry so availability, travel arrangements and any extra costs can be confirmed. Coverage outside the primary Birmingham and West Midlands market is not guaranteed.

Ask for a complete gallery relevant to your celebration before booking. Client privacy and permission may affect which galleries can be shared.

Agree the editing and delivery schedule in writing before booking. Your written quotation will set out the delivery arrangements for your coverage.
